Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, including record-keeping and data entry in Excel. The position includes financial administrative tasks and accounting, as well as handling employee information and timesheets. It is essential that the candidate possesses good computer skills, with previous experience in a payroll system and advanced Excel skills.

Requirements for the Position:

Critical Requirements:

Description: The position is entirely financial and administrative but is specifically for a farming operation. A strong work ethic and the willingness to work longer hours are essential.

Work Area: Various job sites but working on one premises

Employment Periods:

Working Hours & Days:

  • 40 to 45 hours per workweek
  • Fixed workweek

Leave:

  • 1 day of leave for every 17 days worked
  • 30 sick leave days in a 3-year cycle
  • 3 days of family leave per annual leave cycle after 4 months of service
  • 4 months of maternity leave according to Labor Law

Notice Period:

  • 1 week if worked less than 6 months
  • 2 weeks if worked more than 6 months but less than a year
  • 4 weeks if worked longer than a year

Remuneration for Services:

  • Monthly salary, depending on the candidate's profile

Further Training:
