We are seeking an experienced and driven Technology Lead to guide the design, development, and delivery of robust technology solutions within a complex financial services environment.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across key domains such as Payments, Investor Services, Trading, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
You will play a critical role in bridging strategy and execution, leading engineering teams while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end technical leadership across projects and platforms
- Define solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
- Lead design discussions and guide development teams on best practices
- Translate business requirements into scalable and resilient technical solutions
- Oversee system integrations, APIs, and data flows across platforms
- Ensure adherence to security, risk, and regulatory requirements
- Drive code quality, performance optimization, and technical excellence
- Manage technical delivery, timelines, and dependencies
- Mentor and coach developers, system analysts, and technical teams
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architecture teams
- Support production stability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement
- 4+ years of experience in software development or technology roles
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role
- Strong background in financial services, with exposure to:
- Payments and transaction processing systems
- Trading platforms and financial instruments
- Investor services or asset management systems
- Pricing and billing platforms
- Liquidity or treasury systems
- Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python)
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern engineering practices
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead technical teams and influence stakeholders
