Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Property, Commerce or Law
• Minimum 5 years’ retail leasing experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong track record in negotiations and tenant management
• Hands-on MDA (MRI) experience
• Solid understanding of FICA compliance
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of retail trading dynamics and rentals
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
