Job Description Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, system integrators, and consultants Drive partner engagement through training, incentives, and joint marketing initiatives Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and support Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Pre-sales, Product, Marketing) to deliver comprehensive solutions Identify and resolve channel conflicts Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform channel strategy Support pricing strategies and bid development for major opportunities Build and administer forecasts and pipelines for your portfolio Drive sales performance for the portfolio, maintaining existing base and growing new business while eliminating churn Achieve targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
